Q: How do I use it?
A: Machine wash prior to first use. Fully soak your BB pad in warm water. First, use the short fiber side to remove your makeup then flip over to long fiber side (side with tag) to pick up anything leftover & exfoliate the skin. TIP: We recommend using in sections and machine washing once a week.
Q: Can I use cleanser, micellar water or any other products with my BB makeup remover?
A: You definitely can! If you choose to do so be sure to fully rinse the product out of the cloth in between each use. You may need to machine wash more frequently to avoid build up.
Q: Do I need to wash my face after I use my BB makeup remover?
A: We definitely recommend you continue with your normal skincare routine after using your makeup remover. It's best to erase & exfoliate with your BB pad first, then use your cleanser etc. on your bare skin afterwards.

A: The BB makeup eraser is antibacterial. Each fiber is so tiny that it is nearly impossible for bacteria to live and grow.

A: The higher the heat, the happier THE SPONGE! Higher heat in the dryer will kill more germs. We also recommend to pre-soak for stubborn stains.

A: We recommend to machine wash & dry on hot with your makeup remover/towel load. The higher the heat, the happier THE SPONGE. Be sure to machine wash in your washball to protect your sponge.

A: Any facial cleanser or detergent will work!
Q: How often do I need to wash?
A: We recommend machine washing end of week with your makeup remover/towel load! For a missed wash, pre-soak prior to machine washing.

A: Machine wash hot & dry with your towel load. Wash in laundry bag. Fabric softener & dryer sheet safe. Safe to wash with your makeup remover and/or THE SPONGE.

A: Use the plush side (wet) and use with your favorite cleanser. Use the plush side (dry) and use with your toner. Flip to deeply exfoliate the skin when needed.

THE PUFF is 80% cotton 20% polyester.
Q: How do I clean my BB makeup remover products?
A: Machine wash hot & dry approx. 1-2x a week with any load of laundry. PRO TIP: machine wash with your towel load. This will cause the most friction in your machine so your BB makeup remover comes out looking brand new!
Q: What detergent/soap do I use when washing my BB makeup remover?
A: Any detergent or soap will work! BB makeup remover is extremely durable. Just add in with your existing load!

Q: Can I use fabric softener?
A: Absolutely!
Q: Can I hand wash my BB makeup remover?
A: You definitely can! You can use any detergent or antibacterial dish soap. However, machine washing is much easier and will give you best results.
Q: What do I do with my BB makeup remover in between uses?
A: If it's not laundry day and you just used a section of your BB makeup remover, hang it to dry over your towel rack or use the tag to hang on your towel hook to dry. Your BB makeup remover will be dry the next day and ready for use!
