Shipping Policy

  • Shipping rates vary on location and weight of package. We ship in UK only.
  • Standard Shipping 3-4 Bussiness days 
  • Guaranteed delivery dates. Allow 1 business day for packaging & processing with Royal Mail+ the expected delivery time.
  • Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason.

  • If your tracking shows your package as delivered & you have not received the package, please allow 2-3 business days and contact carrier before contacting us. If you are unable to locate the package at this time, please contact customer support at info@bismabeauty.co.uk with in five (5) business days for assistance.
  • We will not refund or reship orders that delivered package(s) to wrong address if entered incorrectly by customer.
