We guarantee your satisfaction. Though it's very rare, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to know about it. We stand behind our products.

Every item has a quality guarantee from us. Within 14 days of the purchase, we promise a 100% refund of your money. Original shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed by BismaBeauty. If something seems different from what we've described, send an email to info@bismabeauty.com.

 

ALL PACKAGE-FREE STYLES ARE FINAL SALE.
All returns/exchanges must be authorized by BismaBeauty in writing PRIOR to returning the item(s). All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.

IMPORTANT:
Kindly ensure that you contact our Customer Support Team to authorize the return before shipping any product(s).

 
Packages that are returned without customer service authorization will be refused upon returning to the warehouse(s).

We will be happy to exchange your item(s) or refund your money as soon as we get your return. The same payment method that was used to make the initial transaction may be used to settle refunds. All refunds will be handled within a week of the delivery of the returned item.

Delivered Product:
BismaBeauty does not claim responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Product:
It is your responsibility to notify us within five (5) business days of the delivery date if the goods is damaged or defective. We will gladly ship a replacement and issue a call tag on the item. Until customer support gives you written instructions, please do not trash any product or packing from the package. After receiving the unwanted product, we will inspect it.

You must notify Customer Service at info@bismabeauty.com that the product was not received if a shipment does not reach the address provided for the order or if your purchase is incomplete. After the delivery date, these reports must be submitted within five (5) business days.
